Do you accept insurance?

We are working towards accepting common insurance plans but at this time we cannot accept insurance.

How much is a session?

Please send us a message, email or call for more pricing information.

Do you offer in-person sessions?

Yes, we offer in-person sessions at our Manchester, MO location as well as virtual.

Do you do diet plans?

We believe everyone is different so there is no "one size fits all" approach to nutrition. We work with each client to create diet plans, goals and the help you need to fulfill those goals.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Login to your account and go to "Appointments". There you will be able to set or cancel your appointments.

Do I get a refund for cancelled appointments?

We refund all appointments up until 1 hour prior to the appointment.

What happens if I miss an appointment?

If you miss an appointment, no big deal. Just re-schedule your appointment through the Healthie portal.

What is Healthie?

Healthie is our practice management software. It helps us schedule appointments, handle billing and many other tasks specific to our practice.

Do you offer services outside of Missouri?

We are currently licensed in Missouri, Iowa and practice in Colorado.
